Integrated Payment Tendering

With Teller for POSSE's integrated payment tendering functionality, tendering a payment can be initiated directly from the POSSE system. Teller for POSSE runs directly within POSSE allowing POSSE data (tab) to be viewed and collected within a Teller for POSSE window.

Supports partial payments and full audit trail;
Eliminates dual data entry and related data entry errors;
Multiple forms of payment tender can be used to pay a fee;
Fees from multiple, unrelated jobs can be paid in a single receipt;
Cash back can be provided to a customer, automatically calculated based on user-configured rules identifying which tender types are valid for cash back;
Validation and/or endorsement information is printed on documents relevant to fee payment, such as checks and permit documents, using industry-standard validation hardware;
User-customizable receipts are printed on a network printer or through a dedicated receipt printer;
Receipt documents are saved as PDFs, stored in the POSSE database accessible through the main POSSE application;
Teller for POSSE maintains a full audit trail of all transactions, ensuring that posted data is not changed;
Teller for POSSE administrators can configure the tender types allowed for payment tendering and how each tender type behaves during the payment tendering process.
